6.3 Post Library Construction QC

1. Run 1 μl sample at 1:2 dilution on the Agilent Bioanalyzer High Sensitivity DNA chip to determine fragment size. Select the region between 175-1000 bp to determine average size of ATAC library. Lower molecular weight product (≤ 150 bp) and/or a high molecular weight product (~2,000 bp) may be present. This does not affect sequencing.
